I was searching for firm in the area to handle the taxes for an elderly friend (93) in memory care. (I am her power of attorney) I looked online for places with great reviews and ran across Heard and Associates. Every interaction I had with Darryl was efficient, friendly and painless. Communication was excellent and the process of loading the tax documents to the portal and signing the return was very straightforward. Darryl was kind enough to give us an extra discount for the elderly based on my friend’s age and ended up doing the return for free! Five stars for Heard and Associates!!
